IMPORTANT: This is a 1 man delivery so there must be at least 1 able-bodied person at the recipient's address to help unload the van. By default the service is only 'to the door' and the driver has no obligation to take the table into the property. Some delivery guys have been known to help bring table to a ground floor room or garden if they aren't busy that day - this is entirely at their own discretion.

Supreme Pool Tables lead time is normally 6 - 8 weeks as they are generally made to order, but can take longer for outlying areas and at busy times. You will be ed up to a day before delivery to arrange the delivery. On the day of delivery, the driver should ring around 1 hour ahead of arrival time. There needs to be room for a 18 tonne heavy goods vehicle at the delivery address.

Orders to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland cannot be placed on the website. However, we may be able to get a special quote - email us with your full delivery address for more information.

Tables require assembly by two able-bodied adults and can take around an hour to put together.

We are sometimes able to offer a full assembly service. Please email with your full address to see if this is possible and for a quote. Please also provide details of parking, access into the premises, and a description of the location planned for the table - especially including any stairs, steps, narrow corridors or twisty turns on the route to the table's destination.

We cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred if our deliverers are not given due warning of difficult access. If the delivery crew decide upon arrival that the table cannot be delivered to the requested location then their decision is final. Delivery and installation are not free - if the delivery people are unable to deliver or install due to inaccurate information about the property, we will not be able to refund the cost. Failed deliveries will result in a recharge at full price to rearrange (£75 + VAT).
